CMEE's Annual Summer Ladies Night

The Children’s Museum of the East End (CMEE) invites guests to celebrate the season at its annual Summer Ladies Night on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, from 6 to 8 p.m. at a private residence in Bridgehampton. The beloved fundraising event brings together supporters from across the East End for an evening of cocktails, local wines, delicious hors d’oeuvres, shopping, and exciting opportunities to give back—all in support of CMEE’s mission to enrich the lives of children and families through the power of play.

Guests will enjoy a lively summer atmosphere while browsing unique shopping experiences, bidding on an exciting silent auction, and entering to win exclusive raffle prizes. Proceeds from the evening directly benefit CMEE’s educational programming, community outreach initiatives, scholarship opportunities, and inclusive play experiences that serve thousands of children and families throughout the East End each year.

Tickets begin at $275 and are available now at www.cmee.org. Guests are encouraged to purchase tickets early, as this popular annual event is expected to sell out.

Ty Wenzel, a recent breast cancer survivor, started her career as a fashion coordinator for Bloomingdale’s followed by fashion editor for Cosmopolitan Magazine. She was also a writer for countless publications, including having published a memoir (St. Martin's Press) and written features for The New York Times. She is an award-winning writer and designer who covers lifestyle, real estate, architecture and interiors for James Lane Post. She previously worked as a writer and marketing director for The Independent. She has won multiple PCLI and NYPA awards for journalism, social media and design, including best website design and best magazine for James Lane Post, which she co-founded in 2020. Wenzel is also the founder of the Hamptons social media agency, TWM Luxury Solutions.
