Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement journey, guided by an embodied DJ who intuitively weaves sound to support personal expression and collective connection. Within a safe and sacred space, dancers are invited to explore their unique rhythms while attuning to a shared, universal energy.
Participants are encouraged to let go of expectations & judgment, and embrace an open heart and curious spirit.

SCHEDULE:
We invite you to arrive with plenty of time to park, check in, and take in the beauty of the property. Give yourself the space to settle in and connect before we begin.
Our circle will open promptly at 6:45 PM, and all elements of the experience are designed to help you relax, ground yourself, and move freely. We kindly ask that you arrive and settle in before we open circle, so you can fully step into this sacred space of expression and connection.
