Hampton Ballet Theatre School Returns To Guild Hall To Perform 16th Annual Nutcracker
The Hampton Ballet Theatre School (HBTS) is excited to present their sixteenth annual production of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s beloved Nutcracker. The performances will be staged Friday, December 12th at 7:00 p.m., Saturday, December 13th 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, December 14th at 12:00 p.m. and 5 p.m. at Guild Hall in East Hampton.
The ballet is choreographed by the director of HBTS, Sara Jo Strickland. The performance features beautiful costumes designed and hand sewn by Yuka Silvera, Sara Jo Strickland, and Kate McManus. Lighting design is by Sebastian Paczynski.
Hampton Ballet Theatre School’s Nutcracker will enchant those of all ages. The students of HBTS transport the audience to a land where angels, snowflakes and flowers dance while Clara saves the Nutcracker Prince from the evil Mouse King. The Nutcracker conjures holiday cheer for all, while celebrating in the Land of Sweets. Do not miss this extraordinary holiday event!
