Arthur & Sons  has announced they will serve happy hour and a special prix fixe menu every Wednesday through Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. The three-course prix fixe menu is $39.95 and happy hour, which features half priced appetizers and drink specials, is available at the bar only.
