In this 3-hour workshop, Christophan will guide you into the foundations of Sound Healing, exploring both its ancient roots and modern understanding.  Then unfolding through three essential instruments: Bowls, Gongs, and Voice accompanied with the Shruti Box.

Following the workshop, all participants can take part in the RISE Sound Bath at 5:30 pm at half off.
