On Friday, July 18 at 11 AM, Nofar Hagag, founder of the Nofar Method, will host “Organize Your Body,” a 70-minute mat Pilates class at 99 Pointe Mecox, Water Mill, an iconic estate with expansive views and elegant indoor-outdoor flow.

Guests will be guided through:
- 55 minutes of athletic Pilates flow to strengthen, lengthen, and challenge the entire body.
- 15 minutes of deep stretching and exploratory work to improve mobility, alignment, and body awareness.

After class, unwind with light bites by El Farm Market, refreshments from Sparkling Pointe, and a thoughtful gift. Mats provided; all levels welcome.

Tickets are $95, and proceeds will benefit the Atlantic Marine Conservation Society, supporting the protection and conservation of local marine life. Registration is available through the MindBody app linked here.
