R.AIRE at The Hampton Maid, 259 East Montauk Highway, Hampton Bays, will invite guests into the kitchen for a hands-on Cooking Class with Executive Chef Alex Bujoreanu on Sunday, October 18 from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Designed for food lovers of all experience levels, the interactive class will offer guests the opportunity to cook alongside Chef Bujoreanu as he shares his techniques for preparing classic Spanish tapas and paella. Wine will be paired throughout the experience, allowing participants to sip, cook and learn while exploring the flavors and traditions that inspire R.AIRE’s Spanish-focused menu.

Following the hands-on portion of the class, guests will head to the dining room to sit down, relax and enjoy the dishes they have prepared together.
