The Lobstah Bake package includes four 1.5 pound lobsters that are roasted, served with a lemon herb butter and are deconstructed and put back in shell; a dozen Little Neck Clams Casino; Four Grilled Polish Town Kielbasa and Butter Lane Summer Pasta Salad with zucchini, peas and greens with pasta in a light lemony herb dressing. The Red, White and The Classic Hamptons BBQ package includes one whole buttermilk fried chicken; baby back ribs served with watermelon BBQ sauce; firecracker slaw; one quart of old school real baked beans and a 1.5 quart of potato salad. The packages feed four or more and is perfect for beach parties, bonfires, outdoor celebrations and more. A la carte menu items are also available and include:
