Celebrate the flavors of the North Fork at Sparkling Pointe’s Local Oyster Showcase. On Saturday, September 28th at 3 pm, enjoy a walk-around interactive tasting featuring six Sparkling Pointe wines paired with two dozen (24) raw and prepared oysters. Six unique sparkling wine stations will be set alongside displays from Long Island’s premier oyster farms and North Fork restaurants, with live shucking demonstrations, freshly made mignonettes, crispy fries, and creative toppings.

Tickets are $110 per person ($90 for wine club members), with additional sparkling wines by the glass, oysters, food, and merchandise available for purchase.
