Sunset Soiree for Brain Cancer

place Mulford Farm expand_more
Organized by arrow_forward_ios Forbes Functions
Gray for Glioblastoma is a 501(c)3 with a twofold mission: to raise funds for vital research and to raise awareness about glioblastoma multiforme, a devastating brain cancer that lacks a cure and effective treatments. The inspiration behind the organization stems from the founders' father being diagnosed with this disease in 2021. Witnessing the heartbreaking reality of a lack of resources and support available for glioblastoma patients and their families, she recognized the urgent need to bridge the gap in awareness and funding, especially considering that brain cancer receives only 2% of all cancer research funding and GFG was born!
As a result of this program, we hosted our first annual VIP event at Vivrelle showroom in NYC. The event welcomed 200+ guests and featured an open bar for guests with custom cocktails sponsored by Poppi, Olipop, Liber & Co, Good Vodka, Wolferr Wine, Spritz Society and Casamigos. Guests enjoyed a candy bar sponsored by Smart Sweets, a photo booth sponsored by Flux Photobooths, a beautiful cupcake display sponsored by Baked By Melissa paired with ice cream from Van Leeuwen, a bracelet bar sponsored by Little Words Project, custom embroidery by Klein Designs, fashion illustrations by Trivvi Draws and insightful, touching speeches.
This year, on June 8th, Gray for Glioblastoma is hosting the second annual VIP event at Mulford Farm in East Hampton, building upon the success of last year's Gray for Glioblastoma Awareness Day VIP event at Vivrelle showroom in NYC. Similar to last year's occasion, this year's event will maintain cocktail hour attire and include activations throughout the event as well as a VIP guest list. We are delighted to be working with Ellie Thumann, Youtube sensation and Sports Illustrated Swim Rookie, as our influencer host, again this year and Lenox Hill neurosurgeons, Dr. John Boockvar and Dr. Randy D'Amico.
Event sponsors include Hamptons Social, Average Socialite, Art of Sucre, Liber, and Co, Surf Dating, The Bond Society, Wölffer Estate Vineyard, Poppi, Drunk in Love, Swoon, Klein Designs, Forbes Functions, and For Your Party.
One-hour VIP guest happy hour from 6-7 pm.
Tickets and sponsorships are available now.
