Part of WAVE’s Master Class Series, The Regulation Experience is an immersive exploration of the nervous system through breath, body, and sensory awareness.
Led by Cat Korren, this 75-minute experience brings together guided breathwork, gentle movement, meditation, reflection, restorative sound, and calming aromas to help quiet the mind, release tension, and reconnect with the body. Drawing on the natural surroundings of Southampton, Cat will guide you through sensory practices designed to bring you out of your head and back into the present moment.
You’ll be introduced to practical nervous system regulation tools that can extend beyond the experience and into everyday life, alongside an introduction to Holotropic Breathwork and its transformative potential.
Expect intentional breathing, mindful movement, moments of stillness, sensory exploration, and space for reflection, all designed to help you leave feeling clear, grounded, and renewed.
