EAST END VENUES
Miracle
Miracle, the highly anticipated new restaurant from third-generation Sag Harbor native Michael Nolan, is now open at 29 Main Street in Sag Harbor. Located in the former Vin Sur Vingt space, the modern American restaurant welcomes both East End locals and visitors with an engaging dining experience founded upon hospitality, elevated comfort, and community. After co-founding celebrated culinary destinations including Miracle Bar and Grill in New York City and Fresno Restaurant in East Hampton, Nolan’s latest venture marks a meaningful return to the village where he was born and raised.Miracle presents a polished interpretation of modern American cuisine, blending familiar classics with inventive touches. The menu is crafted by acclaimed chef Jesus Gonzales, the respected culinary talent behind Fresno Restaurant, and highlights seasonal ingredients in flavor-forward creations. The beverage program is led by Quinton Burke, and is rooted in classic cocktails, featuring a modern twist and focusing on fresh, seasonal ingredients, keeping sugar to a minimum. The restaurant’s interiors were designed by Helen Gifford of HelenBilt, international lighting and hospitality industrial designer. Guests can expect a moody, intimate and sophisticated feel in the newly renovated space. The dark tufted leather banquettes, glossy black tables, and rich wood chairs create a warm, layered atmosphere, while the dramatic floor-to-ceiling Farrow and Ball custom pigment adds depth and a sense of luxury. Candlelight and low lighting soften the space, giving it an inviting, energy that feels both elegant and comfortable. With deep local roots, experienced leadership, and lively vibe on bustling Main Street, Miracle is poised to become a new cornerstone of Sag Harbor’s dining scene.
