A new sushi spot is opening in the Hamptons this season. Namiro will open its doors on May 21 at the location formerly occupied by Bamboo in Southampton Village.
Behind Namiro is a team of seasoned creators from both the music and hospitality worlds: top music executives Alexis Spangler, Gary Spangler, and Jon Lewis joined forces with Kenneth Lockard of KRL Construction to create the space.
The restaurant will offer a “refined yet welcoming destination for high-quality sushi, inspired Asian cuisine, and vibrant cocktails.” Namiro aims to deliver an experience that is equally suited for a stylish date night, a family celebration, or a spontaneous dinner at the bar.
“Namiro is about bringing people together over incredible food — without pretense,” said Alexis Spangler. “We wanted to create a place with thoughtful design, bold flavors, and the kind of energy that feels celebratory any night of the week.”
The menu features sushi, rolls, signature small plates, and an Asian-inspired cocktail list. Enjoy while seated at the bar, tucked into a cozy booth, or while having cocktails with friends.
Namiro is located at 76C Jobs Lane in Southampton.
