The restaurant at Baron’s Cove in Sag Harbor is continuing its successful wine-tasting dinner series from last season with an Orin Swift Wine dinner. The California winery is the first in this year’s series, on April 12 from 6 to 9 PM.
The dinner will feature fresh scallops with green apple and honeydew paired with Mannequin Chardonnay and herb-crusted lamb chop paired with Abstract Red Blend.
Enjoy panoramic views with your wine pairings while dining in the cozy second-floor Map Room. All dishes are prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Additional Baron’s Cove Wine Dinner Series dates include Taub Family Vineyards on May 17 and Wölffer Estate Vineyards on June 21. The cost is $199 per person.
