
Some of Il Buco al Mare’s most beloved dishes return to the Amagansett restaurant’s menu this fall. Returning to the dinner menu are the Cacio e Pepe and Spaghetti Bottarga.
The spaghetti keeps the al Mare theme with its bottarga, which is a fish’s roe sac. This dish is seasoned with peperoncino, garlic, lemon, and parsley and can be served with spaghetti al nero. The Cacio e Pepe, made with bucatini, is a simple yet carefully crafted recipe.

Additionally, the Al Mare Burger is returning to the lunch menu. It includes a beef patty on a housemade potato bun with taleggio, red onion, and Calabrian chili and is served with roasted potatoes.
