Ingredients
1 acorn squash
2 Tbsp coconut palm sugar
3 Tbsp butter
8 sage leaves
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cut acorn squash into .5 inch slices and place on baking sheet
- In a sauce pan, melt the butter over low heat, add the coconut palm sugar and 3 sage leaves.
- Once melted, pour over the squash.
- Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix together and add 5 sage leaves to the top of your dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
