The Bridgehampton Child Care & Recreational Center invites the community to participate in its 4th Annual Cancer Awareness Walk on Saturday, September 19. This annual event brings together families, survivors, caregivers, and supporters to raise awareness, honor those affected by cancer, and celebrate the community’s strength.
The walk will begin at The Center, located at 551 Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike, Bridgehampton, with check-in at 8 AM and the walk starting at 9:30 AM.
Now in its fourth year, the Cancer Awareness Walk reflects The Center’s commitment to supporting the health and well-being of the East End community while encouraging compassion, connection, and hope.
“This walk is an opportunity for our community to come together, honor loved ones, support survivors, and remind those affected by cancer that they are not alone,” read a statement from The Center.
Registration is $20 for individuals and $30 for groups. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided for participants. Community members are encouraged to invite friends, family, and colleagues to join the walk and show their support.
