The Fifth Annual Hamptons Fashion Week Held Runway Shows At Southampton Inn & Brunch At Hampton Classic

The fifth annual Hamptons Fashion Week kicked off with a launch party at the Southampton Cultural Center in collaboration with ARTACOM Southampton on Friday, August 25.

On Saturday, August 26, the weekend continued with a mix-and-mingle event and runway shows at the Southampton Inn.

The mix-and-mindle featured vendors like Marc Harvey Beauty, Smartwater, The Pale Rosé, GORGIE, Metaburnett, Mindset Wellness, and DRC Ventures. Lite bites were also served from Ruta Oaxaca, Scott’s Protein Balls, and Liege & Co. Waffle. Nonprofit partner Dress for Success Brookhaven helped greet guests at check-in.

Runway shows began with designer collections by Anincy Manuguian, Cesar Galindo, Tashii Couture, Regina Kravitz, and Megan Mae Miami.

The afternoon continued with the Hamptons Fashion Week Fashion Icon Awards presented by Founder of Hamptons Fashion Week and CEO of DCG Media Group, Dee Rivera.

Dr. Christina Rahm received the Sustainable Fashion Award. Edvin Thompson, who has been making waves in the New York fashion scene with his Theophilio collection, was honored with the Trendsetter of the Year Award. The Fashion Icon Awards concluded by honoring Hervé Léger’s creative director Michelle Ochs as the Fashion Icon. There was also a presentation by Dress for Success.

The final shows concluded with presentations by Christina Rahm, Edvin Thompson, and Michelle Och’s collection for Hervé Léger.

On Sunday, August 27, Hamptons Fashion Week held a VIP Brunch at the Hampton Classic Horse Show. Tablescapes were curated by Picnic and Peonies. Guests enjoyed a special book signing by Fashion Icon Award Winner and designer, Dr. Christina Rahm, for her latest cookbook “Cure the Causes.”

Exhibitors featured in the Hamptons Fashion Week Tent at the Hampton Classic include NANDANIE, Copper Art, Heritage Brazil Designs, Plain-T, Dress for Success Brookhaven, Merci Dupre Clothiers, designs by Cesar Galindo, Regina Kravitz, Scraps and Delicacies, and Crescala Showroom. The Hamptons Fashion Week pop-up store continues all week at the Hampton Classic.
