Gurney’s Montauk

Meet Me at Midnight: NYE at Gurney’s is a sparkling celebration marking 100 years of Gurney’s Montauk. Don your winter whites, silvers, and party best for a glamorous evening at Dune Lounge, featuring a deluxe open bar, canapés, and DJ sets by Tre and Rakiem Walker from 9 PM to 1 AM. The cost is $195 per person plus tax and gratuity. R.AIRE in Hampton Bays will celebrate New Year’s Eve with a three-course prix fixe menu, complete with a champagne toast, and live music by Eleanor Dubinsky & Dario Acosta Teich from 7 to 10 PM. Almond.

Almond in Bridgehampton will serve a special locally sourced five-course prix fixe menu in celebration of New Year’s Eve on Wednesday, December 31, beginning at 9 PM. Guests will receive party favors, and a champagne toast will be offered. Cost for the evening is $150 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The à la carte menu will be offered earlier in the evening alongside holiday specials.

Shou Sugi Ban House.

Shou Sugi Ban House in Water Mill invites guests to begin 2026 with a moment of reflection and renewal at its special New Year’s Eve Dinner. The intimate, multi-course culinary experience honors the turning of the year through a meditative journey of seasonal flavors and thoughtful preparation, where each dish reflects winter’s bounty and is designed to be enjoyed with presence and connection. For those who wish, an optional curated wine pairing is offered to complement the menu. The seating begins at 7:30 PM and is priced at $175 per person, with the optional wine pairing at $95 per person.

Nick & Toni’s in East Hampton will ring in 2026 with a special four-course prix fixe menu on Wednesday, December 31. The four-course menu will cost $165 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The evening will also feature hats, noise makers, balloons, and all guests will receive a gift from the Nick & Toni’s pastry team. A special “Bambini Menu” will also be available for children 10 and under and will cost $50 per child. Calissa.

Calissa in Water Mill rings in the New Year with a festive Hamptons celebration running from 5 PM to 2 AM, blending elevated Mediterranean dining with music and dancing. Two seatings are available for the four-course prix fixe menu, with an early seating from 5 PM to 7 PM priced at $85 per person and a later seating from 9 PM to 11:30 PM at $115 per person, featuring standout dishes such as mushroom risotto with black winter truffles, lobster pasta, Cretan-style prime rib, lamb chops, and optional caviar service. Beginning at 9 PM, the Lounge comes alive with a DJ, cocktails, and dancing, with bottle service available by reservation, and an optional beverage package offered from 9 PM to midnight for $95 per person. The 1770 House Restaurant & Inn presents a New Year’s Eve celebration menu by Executive Chef Michael Rozzi, plus wine selections available by Wine Director Michael Cohen. From 5:30 to 10:30 PM on New Year’s Eve, Chef Rozzi presents a wide assortment of dishes in a three-course menu, including an appetizer, entrée, and dessert at $125 per person plus tax, gratuity, and beverage.
