Quogue Wildlife Refuge’s 15th Annual Wild Night for Wildlife will be held at the refuge on Saturday, July 15, at 7 PM. Tickets for this fantastic event support Quogue Wildlife Refuge’s resident animals, educational programs for all ages, and the 305-acre nature preserve.
For guests who purchase tickets at the Naturalist Level or higher, there will be a special VIP Reception on the deck at 6 PM. Festivities include live music performed by NOIZ, mouth-watering hors d’oeuvres prepared by Justin’s Chop Shop, local wine from Pellegrini Vineyards and beer from Long Island Farm Brewery, signature cocktail from Hoot Owl Boozy Teas as well as libations from Adamas Pisco Brandy, Championz Gin, Southern Glazer Spirits, Taconic Distillery, and Tito’s Vodka, as well as live, silent and chance auctions.
The live auctioneer will be Bill Ritter of Channel 7 Eyewitness News. One of the most unique features of this fundraiser is the opportunity for guests to get up close and personal with some of the refuge’s resident animals. The benefit will be held alongside the historic Old Ice Pond, where guests can explore the Butterfly Garden and lovely grounds of the nature preserve.
“The Benefit Gala is the most significant fundraising event for the Refuge and is instrumental in allowing the facility to remain open and accessible to all, year-round,” said Executive Director Michael J. Nelson. “The Quogue Wildlife Refuge is a special place, and I am grateful for all of the support from our community.”
Tickets can be purchased by visiting QuogueWildlifeRefuge.org, or by calling the refuge at 631-653-4771. Ticket prices start at $250.
