1 bunch celery
1 large bunch kale
1 lemon
1 apple (optional)
3 cucumbers

5 oranges
2 grapefruit
8 carrots
1 inch piece of ginger
To make:
- Pick up whatever ingredients you can from local farm stands and if not – purchase all organic ingredients from the supermarket
- Wash all ingredients
- Remove thick skins from citrus fruits and pits
- Chop larger fruits and vegetables into smaller chunks
- Assemble your juicer and juice your ingredients
- Place juice in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight
