32 oz serves 4-6

1 bunch celery

1 large bunch kale

1 lemon

1 apple (optional)

3 cucumbers


32 oz serves 4-6

5 oranges

2 grapefruit

8 carrots

1 inch piece of ginger

To make:

  1. Pick up whatever ingredients you can from local farm stands and if not – purchase all organic ingredients from the supermarket
  2. Wash all ingredients
  3. Remove thick skins from citrus fruits and pits
  4. Chop larger fruits and vegetables into smaller chunks
  5. Assemble your juicer and juice your ingredients
  6. Place juice in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight
  7. Enjoy within 1 to 2 days
