2022 PCLI Media Awards: James Lane Post Wins Seven Awards

James Lane Post won awards in seven categories at the Press Club of Long Island’s 2022 media awards. PCLI is a professional chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists.

First Place: Best Website Design – Awarded to Ty Wenzel (Second Place went to News12.com)

First Place: Narrative Entertainment – For the article Jay Manuel: The Book, The Beginning & Giving Back by Jessica Mackin-Cipro

Second Place: Narrative Entertainment – For the article Kate Bock: Model Turned Entrepreneur Talks New Ventures by Ty Wenzel (Third Place went to Newsday)

Second Place: Arts Narrative – For the article Peter O’Toole’s Milton Avery Collection Arrives At Phillips Southampton by Bridget LeRoy (First & Third Place went to Newsday)

Second Place: Narrative Travel – For the James Lane Post Travel Section, awarded to Jessica Mackin-Cipro and Christine Prydatko (First & Third Place went to Newsday)

Third Place: Magazine Cover Design – Awarded to Jessica Mackin-Cipro and Ty Wenzel (First & Second Place went to Long Island Woman)

Third Place: Narrative Profile – For the article Lilly Ledbetter: A Fair Pay Icon by Jessica Mackin-Cipro (First & Second Place went to Newsday)
