Adam Miller Group Law Firm has announced the promotion of Brian J. Locascio, Esq., to the position of Partner.
“A distinguished legal professional and lifelong resident of Sag Harbor, Locascio’s journey with the firm began in May 2011. Over the years, his commitment to his clients, knowledge, and passion for the law, and his dedication to the firm have made him an invaluable asset,” read a statement from the Adam Miller Group.
Starting in an administrative role, he quickly identified his passion and proficiency in real estate law, bringing a wealth of experience and local insight to The Adam Miller Group. Before joining the firm, Locascio worked in both the mortgage and title insurance industries.
Specializing in real estate transactions and a broad spectrum of land use matters, Locascio’s legal expertise has been instrumental in navigating the complexities of the local Hamptons real estate market.
Locascio holds a Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University at Buffalo. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Apart from his legal pursuits, he is an active member of the Sag Harbor community, where he lives with his wife, a school music teacher, and their three children.
