Amber Waves will hold its second annual Hoedown Fundraiser on Friday, August 18, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM in Amagansett.
The hoedown is a summer fundraising event that welcomes farmers and friends to to enjoy Amber Waves’ bountiful fields. The evening includes food, music, beverages, dancing, live music, and a silent auction.
Amber Waves Farm is a non-profit organization that unites food and community. The mission is to provide rich educational opportunities in agriculture for aspiring growers, thoughtful cooks, and eaters of all ages.
