East Hampton Historical Society will host its 9th Annual Summer Design Luncheon on Thursday, August 7, at 11 AM at the Maidstone Club in East Hampton. This year’s Summer Design Luncheon will present guest speaker, acclaimed Interior Designer, Marshall Watson, who will discuss his new book, “Designing Elegance.”
Presenting engaging projects, Marshall will reveal how his design principles adapt to geographies and climates. Whether in a light and airy seaside home in East Hampton or a modern renovation of a barn in Napa Valley, Marshall will detail how he translates each owner’s lifestyle, the house’s history, and the setting into a highly original form of elegance. The luncheon is made possible in part by the support of Doyle Auctioneers and Appraisers.
“We are thrilled to welcome the esteemed designer and captivating speaker Marshall Watson as the featured guest at our 9th Annual Design Luncheon. This much-anticipated summer afternoon at the historic Maidstone Club, where guests will dine with ocean views and draw inspiration from a leading voice in the design world, is always a highlight of the season. This year promises to be better than ever with the incomparable Marshall Watson!” shared East Hampton Historical Society Board President Debbie Druker.
Tickets to the 9th Annual Design Luncheon Benefit start at $275 and may be purchased at easthamptonhistory.org.
