East Hampton Volunteer Ocean Rescue will host its annual Red Devil Swim at Atlantic Avenue Beach on Saturday, September 2 (rain date is Sunday, September 3). Three distances will be 1 mile, ½ mile and ¼ mile. The swim honors the efforts of our local lifeguards and raises funds to support EHVOR’s mission to make expedient and safe water rescues year-round in all East End waters. EHVOR’s certified ocean lifeguards will protect all swimmers at this event.
Online registration is currently open for the swim at ehvor.org/events. In addition, swimmers can register on the day of the event at Atlantic Avenue Beach beginning at 4 PM.
