Bostwick’s on the Harbor in Springs welcomes Harbor Bistro’s chef and owner Damien O’Donnell.
Bostwick’s owners Chris Eggert and Kevin Boles say they are thrilled to add Damien to the culinary team for the 2022 season, thinking of it as “the perfect seafood union” where two seafood masters in the kitchen will be churning out even more delicious dishes. Many diners were saddened to hear that the lease at Harbor Bistro in Springs was not renewed last year.
Celebrating its 30th year in business, Bostwick’s will kick off the season at Bostwick’s on the Harbor on May 5 with sunsets, cocktails, and seafood inspired fare.
Sample menu items include Yellowfin tuna poke, Harbor Bistro calamari, baked stuffed clams, local fish tacos, and more.
