This September, in honor of the 100th anniversary of the Sidecar cocktail, Amy Racine, Beverage Director for JF Restaurants, has created a special Bramble Sidecar cocktail to be served at North Fork Table & Inn.
Formed from a partnership with Remy Cointreau, the specialty drink is a fruity play on the classic Sidecar.
“As with most cocktails, the origin of the sidecar is of great debate, but records show this drink being served 100 years ago, making it one of the first luxury cocktails. At North Fork Table & Inn, we embrace classic cocktails and update them with the fantastic local produce. This is made with late summer blackberries and a crush of black pepper to bring out the spice for Remy 1738,” said Racine.
The property is hosting a Sidecar Sunday collaboration event with Rémy Martin on Sunday, September 18, from 3:30 to 5 PM. Taking place on their North Lawn, the property will serve canapés, snacks, and cocktails by Rémy, while also providing live music. Tickets for this event will be sold on Resy and are $80 each, including tax and gratuity.
