The 1770 House Restaurant & Inn celebrates Valentine’s Day on Wednesday, February 14, with a $95 three-course prix fixe menu and 15 percent off winter rates at the inn throughout February. On Wednesday, February 14, Chef Michael Rozzi will present a $95 three-course menu in the dining room and Tavern. Rozzi’s menus may be enjoyed with bubbly toast selections from the 250-bottle Wine Spectator award-winning list overseen by Wine Director Michael Cohen.

Throughout February, including Valentine’s Day, The 1770 House will offer 15 percent off already reduced winter rates and a complimentary half-bottle of Gruet Brut-Rosé house bubbly with mention of the Valentine’s Day special when booking.

Canoe Place Inn & Cottages in Hampton Bays presents “Canoe Feel The Love Tonight?” Through February 29, Canoe Place offers a romantic getaway package that includes luxury overnight accommodations, Champagne at arrival, $100 dining credit per stay, and decadent chocolate truffles. A Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu for $95 per person will be offered.

On February 16, from 6:30 to 7:30 PM, enjoy the Candlelight Valentine’s Day Special Ft. “Romeo and Juliet” & More. February 17, at 8 PM, is Pedro Cortes Flamenco Quartet Feat. Dancer La Conja.

The Hampton Maid and R.AIRE in Hampton Bays will offer a three-course dinner this Valentine’s Day featuring smoked rosemary oysters, short rib pappardelle, a 45-day in-house dry-aged ribeye, and more. Elevate your experience with a chef-curated wine pairing. There will be live music by guitarist Vito Genna.

Experience the six-course chef’s tasting menu. Dinner is on Saturday, February 17, at 7:30 PM. It’s $120 per person, excluding taxes, beverages, and gratuity. Reservations can be made on Resy.

Celebrate on Valentine’s Day with overnight accommodations in one of the luxury suites or jr. suites, the three-course dinner for two at R.AIRE, a complimentary bottle of prosecco and chocolate-covered strawberries, and a breakfast basket with freshly baked pastries, a fruit platter, and coffee delivered to your room the following day. Rates start at $440.

Make it a Weekend Getaway with a two-night stay in one of the luxury suites or jr. suites, a complimentary bottle of prosecco and chocolate-covered strawberries, a three-course dinner for two on Friday night, a six-course chef tasting for two on Saturday night, and a breakfast basket with freshly baked pastries, a fruit platter, and coffee delivered to your room daily. Rates start at $465 per night.

Get romantic at Calissa in Water Mill on Valentine’s Day. Guests can enjoy the intimacy of the Calissa Chalet, where special packages are available alongside their classic Chalet menu, raw bar specials, and Champagne flights. The St. Moritz package includes two glasses of Greek bubbles paired with chocolate-covered strawberries for $25 per person. The Cortina package features two glasses of Jacquart Brut Champagne and a delightful chocolate fondue for $35 per person.

Explore Valentine’s Day specials, available on a limited basis from Wednesday through the weekend, including a Raw Bar for $50 with a half dozen Peconic oysters, four shrimp, and salmon crudo. Other options include a half dozen oysters for $18, shrimp cocktail for $24, red snapper with roasted squash, tomatoes, black olives, and white wine for $45, a whole lobster with drawn butter, lemon, and spinach for $65, osso buco served with mashed potatoes and red wine for $50, and chocolate covered strawberries for $14. An optional Champagne Flight will be available, offering a 2 oz tasting of three distinct expressions of Champagne, including Champagne Jacquart Brut Mosaique, Champagne de Villepin Blanc de Noirs, and Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé, priced at $35.

Nick & Toni’s in East Hampton will celebrate Valentine’s Day on Wednesday, February 14, with a special three-course prix fixe menu. The cost is $125 per person, plus tax and gratuity, and all diners will receive a complimentary glass of Cremant De Loire Close Briderie Pureté de Silex Brut Rosé NV.

Almond in Bridgehampton will offer a special “Shades of Red” menu in honor of Valentine’s Day on Wednesday, February 14. The four-course menu is $80 per person plus tax and gratuity. This special menu will be the only menu offered on Valentine’s Day.

Fresno in East Hampton will open for a very special Valentine’s Day celebration on Wednesday, February 14. A half bottle of Billecart Rose will be available for 25 percent off.  The regular a la carte menu will also be available.

Alpina in Greenport is also offering a decadent three-course Valentine’s Day prix fixe dinner for $75 per person with wine pairing available.

Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa has partnered with Sparkling Pointe Winery in Southold to create Pointe Perfection: A Sparkling Wine Pairing Affair at Gurney’s, a curated wine pairing dinner on Saturday, February 17, at 6:30 PM. The five-course menu helmed by Gurney’s Executive Chef Christopher Watts features the best of the Hamptons’ produce and locally sourced provisions expertly paired with a selection of the Sparkling Pointe’s sparkling wines. The cost is $225++/person and is available for purchase on OpenTable.

For $85 per person, Elaia Estiatorio in Bridgehampton will offer a special bubbly aperitif and welcome bite at the table of grilled pita, whipped Feta spread, and warm olives. To follow, guests can enjoy a special three-course menu. Highlights include Bang Island Mussels & Shrimp Saganaki with Feta and fresh herbs, Slow Braised Lamb Shank with winter vegetables, in tomato sauce and Kefalograviera, and for dessert, a Baklava Cheesecake.
