Art historian, curator, and consultant Franklin Hill Perrell lends his talents to East End Arts & Humanities Council for an engaging multi-artist discussion to celebrate its summer invitational exhibit DETOUR IV. The event takes place at the 11 West Gallery at 6 PM on Wednesday, August 9, and is open to the public. Doors open at 5:30 PM. Registration is $5 for guests and free for EEA Members.
The DETOUR IV X Artful Vanguard Artist Salon features Hamptons-based artists Dan Rizzie and Darius Yektai, Riverhead-based artist Lautaro Cuttica, and North Fork-based artists Madeline Daversa and Wendy Prellwitz. All artists are exhibiting pieces in the current exhibition and will discuss how the local literal, figurative, and social landscape influences their work. Pre-registration is available on Eventbrite.
