Large American flags few over the East Hampton Village Green and Montauk Highway on Saturday, September 11 — courtesy of the East Hampton, Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton and Montauk Fire Departments — during a ceremony commemorating the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center. The event was attended by 11 different East End fire, police, and EMS agencies.
