Highway Restaurant & Bar in East Hampton is offering a Pink Paloma cocktail, for the month of October, to benefit the Breast Cancer Coalition. A portion of each cocktail sold will benefit the organization’s fight against breast cancer.
Highway has also brought back its Thai Night, featuring an entire menu switch for the evening boasting Thai-inspired dishes. It’s featured the first Thursday of every month.
Fridays are Peking Duck night. This special menu addition will be featured every Friday for dinner service. From the group known for Shuko, the sushi program translates to Highway every Saturday with sushi bar service.
On Sunday (weather permitting), Highway will have its pizza truck parked out front serving a rotating menu of signature pies from 5 to 9 PM. Available for dine-in only.
