Laraine Gordon is bringing her 30 years of experience in the wellness and fashion industry to the place she has called home for the last 24 years, Southampton Village. Coast Hampton will open its doors on Jobs Lane on March 27.
“Launching a business during a pandemic has certainly been a unique challenge, but I like a good challenge,” said Gordon. She has been seeking the perfect space for over seven years and now seemed like the perfect time to offer a unique store to the community.
Coast Hampton is a fashion, lifestyle, and wellness destination, carefully curated to do good. In fact, that’s the tagline — “Feel Good, Look Good, Do Good.” Good for your body, good for our planet, and good for the community.
Along with unique and chic apparel, accessories and décor, Coast Hampton will offer wellness products including essential oils, kombucha, plant essences, herbal teas, and herb infused salts — crafted by local vendors and artisans in sustainable jars and bottles.
Coast Hampton plans on offering classes and workshops, led by local makers and Gordon herself, a licensed psychotherapist, who has spent the last 27 years in private practice and presenting health, wellness, and positivity-centric classes and retreats to audiences across the United States. Early on, Gordon also had a career in modeling, fashion, and acting.
Coast Hampton is located at 79 Jobs Lane in Southampton. Doors on Saturday, March 27, at noon. Visit www.coasthampton.com.
