Guild Hall’s 83rd Artist Members Exhibition Opens

Guild Hall in East Hampton, which celebrates its 90th anniversary this year, presents the 83rd annual Artist Members Exhibition, opening on March 6.

The exhibition, which required the artists to be members of Guild Hall in order submit their works and be accepted, has grown over the years. About 400 artists participate annually.

This year’s awards juror is Gagosian Director and Curator Antwaun Sargent. Winners will be announced on Friday, March 5.

The Top Honors winner is also awarded a solo exhibition in the museum at a later date.

Throughout the duration of the show there will be gallery tours, including Executive Director’s Choice with Andrea Grover on Friday, March 12 at noon. Curatorial Assistant’s Choice with Casey Dalene will take place on Friday, March 19, at noon.
