WAVE welcomes emerging designer Alice Michelle for the exclusive Hamptons debut of her women’s collection, marking the next chapter of her independent label following the success of its artfully crafted menswear.

Known for creating garments rooted in storytelling, craftsmanship, and collaboration, Michelle draws inspiration from travel, heritage textiles, and the handmade details that give clothing a lasting sense of meaning. Her debut women’s collection began with a vintage embroidered tablecloth discovered in Istanbul’s Grand Bazaar and evolved into a creative collaboration with her mother, transforming traditional floral motifs into wearable works of art.

Guests are invited to meet the designer for a sip and shop launch party on July 10th from 4-6pm, where you will be able to preview and shop the collection, and discover the creative process behind one of fashion’s most exciting emerging independent voices.

Pop-Up will be open from Friday, July 10th to Sunday July 12th.

Ty Wenzel, a recent breast cancer survivor, started her career as a fashion coordinator for Bloomingdale’s followed by fashion editor for Cosmopolitan Magazine. She was also a writer for countless publications, including having published a memoir (St. Martin's Press) and written features for The New York Times. She is an award-winning writer and designer who covers lifestyle, real estate, architecture and interiors for James Lane Post. She previously worked as a writer and marketing director for The Independent. She has won multiple PCLI and NYPA awards for journalism, social media and design, including best website design and best magazine for James Lane Post, which she co-founded in 2020. Wenzel is also the founder of the Hamptons social media agency, TWM Luxury Solutions.
