Join Citizens 4 Humanity in our 12th annual East End Thanksgiving mission to nourish and uplift underserved families, single moms, homebound seniors, and veterans in need. This year, we're proud to introduce a special focus on cooking for veterans, providing them with nutritious holiday meals as a gesture of appreciation for their service.

Founded by master chef Marco Barrila and his wife Sheila, Citizens 4 Humanity prepares meals from Chef Barrila’s Insatiable Eats Catering kitchen in Riverhead. Each year, dedicated volunteers come together to prep, cook, package, and deliver gourmet, healthy meals to hundreds who directly to those facing challenges in our community.

In addition to our Thanksgiving efforts, Citizens 4 Humanity are excited to announce the launch of the Barrila Hospitality Academy in Umbria, Italy.
