The Birds Are Back: Marders Welcomes Birds Of Prey From The Evelyn Alexander Wildlife Rescue Center
The birds are back! Marders invites the community to a special Birds of Prey event on Saturday, August 22, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., featuring rescued birds from the Evelyn Alexander Wildlife Rescue Center.
Guests of all ages will have the unique opportunity to meet these remarkable birds up close while learning about their behaviors, habitats, adaptations, and the important role they play in the local ecosystem. Representatives from the Evelyn Alexander Wildlife Rescue Center will introduce guests to the birds and share insight into the rescue and rehabilitation of injured and orphaned wildlife on the East End.
A favorite returning event at Marders, Birds of Prey offers an engaging way for families and nature lovers to connect with some of the area’s most fascinating wildlife while learning more about the importance of protecting and preserving their natural habitats.
