In collaboration with Culinary Nutritionist Stefanie Sacks, MS, CNS, CDN, author of What The Fork are You Eating and founder of WTFork.com, Gatherings Social Club is offering an exclusive monthly supper club, The Inner Table.
For over 20 years, Stefanie has used food and nutrition education, combined with culinary skill-building, as a conduit for transformation—helping people rebuild trust with their bodies and cultivate lasting wellness.
Each month, we host a small group of 10 guests only for an evening rooted in the 3C’s: conversation, connection, and community building. This is not networking. This is not a dinner party. This is a return to the table as a place of nourishment and meaning.
Every gathering centers around a purposeful, health-supportive menu—seasonal, anti-inflammatory, always gluten-free and primarily dairy-free—crafted with intention and care. Equally important, these evenings are alcohol-free—what unfolds in its absence is something rare: clearer conversation, deeper presence, and more authentic connection.
If food is medicine, this is nourishment in its fullest expression—for the body, the mind, and the soul.
