Family Portrait Fundraiser with Ana Gambuto

10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Starting at $225

Secure the perfect photo for your holiday card! Book your 10 minute micro session @ CMEE with sought after lifestyle photographer, Ana Gambuto and receive your family’s pictures the same day!Photos will be outside, weather permitting. In the event photos happen inside, Ana will use an all white backdrop. Families will receive their galleries before end of day on November 30. Families should come ready! There will be a room with activities for kids if there is a wait time.

100% of proceeds support the Museum’s outreach programs.

Learn music and stories in English and Spanish! Families will clap, sing, move, and groove in this weekly music class. Parents can get silly with their little ones in their native language, or learn a few new phrases. Families will take home a book and new music each week.

Lullabies with Leah

4 to 4:45 p.m.

Free to members / $19 non-members

Learn a new lullaby every week! You will be provided with words for each lullaby, its cultural history and story, and a playlist on Spotify. Learn how to use your voice with baby, no matter how tuneless you may feel. Find a new way to express yourself with music, and build a deeper relationship with Baby- and yourself.  This is a bilingual program.

Food Pantry

Free You may wonder…why is a Children’s Museum running a food pantry? Because children can’t play if their caregivers can’t afford groceries.

We started the Food Pantry @CMEE during the pandemic, little did we know, that three years later CMEE would become an essential lifeline to the more than 15,000 people served since its inception.

Gingerbread House Decorating Workshops

This holiday season let your child’s confectionary creativity run wild during our annual Gingerbread House decorating workshops. CMEE bring’s this tried-and-true family tradition to life for you and your kids as budding architects chose their materials (sweet treats from our candy buffet), plan their designs and decorate their own, pre-built gingerbread house.

This year, you’re in for a special treat! Our friends at Citarella will be onsite with homemade, tasty, fragrant gingerbread houses and men! Thank you, Citarella.

Can’t make it to the workshop? Purchase a take-home kit today and bring the fun home! Houses available for pickup between Thanksgiving and December 23.
