In this engaging and interactive class we will dive into the fascinating differences between wines crafted in warm climates and those made in our own cold maritime region. Guided by an experienced wine educator, you'll sample a curated selection of wines from sun-soaked regions around the globe alongside the crisp, vibrant flavors of our local cool-climate vintages. Learn how temperature, soil, and winemaking techniques shape each glass, and uncover the unique characteristics that make every bottle a story of its terroir. Perfect for wine enthusiasts of all levels, this class blends education with fun, leaving you with a deeper appreciation for the diverse world of wine. (Oh, and there will be cheese of course!)
In this 90 minute Guided Tasting Class, we will taste and discuss 6 wines that express themselves differently across renowned regions of the world, while snacking on cheeses and snacks. This tasting will be held in the Library Room at the Tasting Room. Seating is limited, Reservations Required.
