A new home health services company, Hamptons Inclusive Care, has launched in the Hamptons. Founded by Maka Nikachadze and Giorgi Adamashvili, Hamptons Inclusive Care provides home health services for those who wish to stay within the comforts of the home setting and avoid hospitalization or nursing facilities while they recover from illness, injury, or disability.
Professional home care is also available to people who suffer from chronic illness, those with cognitive or physical disabilities, or those who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness. As well, Hamptons Inclusive Care offers experienced home health care for clients without disabilities but who are seeking assistance in their day to day activities.
“We are honored to provide home health services to those in need of such services on the East End. We have been developing an experienced and compassionate team of aides for the past year in order to offer the best and most comprehensive care in the area. We are committed to the highest quality of private home care services. As we believe, one person caring about another represents life’s greatest value,” said director Maka Nikachadze.
Hamptons Inclusive Care partners with numerous government accredited Home Health Care Schools all around New York State and employees are screened, insured and certified HHA.
An initial consultation is executed with an assessment of needs and a care plan is developed specific to each client’s needs. From personal care, hygiene and nutrition to assistance with physical activities, health related treatment such as blood pressure monitoring and patient support activities such as laundry, basic housekeeping and patient’s errands, Hamptons Inclusive Care provides a wide range of services. As well, Hamptons Inclusive Care offers adaptive home modifications, daily check ins, financial planning, bio-psycho-social assessment, LGBTQ affirming care management, 24/7 support and referrals to community resources.
