“Respect the Ocean. Harvest the Bounty. Feed the People” is the motto of Inlet Seafood Restaurant, which is located in Montauk. The restaurant is owned by six local fishing families. It will reopen for its 18th season on Thursday, February 15, serving lunch and dinner from Thursday to Sunday.
