KZ Pilates+ Brings Its Hamptons Semi-Private Studio Concept To New York City

KZ Pilates+, the boutique Pilates studio located in East Hampton, officially opens its first New York City semi-private studio on April 6 at 111½ East 62nd Street. The launch marks a meaningful homecoming: Kevyn built her reputation in Manhattan through years of private, one-on-one instruction before taking her methodology to the Hamptons — and now returns to the city with an evolved offering, introducing her signature Core Collective Sessions to New York for the first time.

KZ Pilates+ classes are capped at four participants, creating an environment where everybody is seen, every movement is coached, and no detail goes unnoticed. The studio’s curated programming spans Cadillac, Reformer, and Chair classes — taught on authentic, hand-crafted Pilates equipment — and every session opens with a Hyperice Hypervolt warm-up.

The space itself reflects the same philosophy with natural textures, muted earth tones, and a sanctuary-like atmosphere.

“Pilates, at its best, is prescriptive — not one-size-fits-all,” said Kevyn Zeller. “Every client who walks through our doors brings a different body, a different history, and different goals. The intimacy of our space and the intentionality of our programming exist so that we can actually meet them there. New York deserved a studio built around that idea.”

Zeller’s approach is rooted in over two decades of study and practice, including a Master’s Certification from The Pilates Center in Boulder, a B.A. in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado, and training under some of the most respected names in classical Pilates, including Amy Taylor Alpers, Rachel Taylor Segel, Ron Fletcher, and Cara Reeser. Her methodology is assessment-driven and solution-oriented — identifying what each client’s body needs rather than fitting clients into a fixed format. The studio’s programming has been developed in partnership with a licensed physical therapist, adding a layer of clinical credibility to class formats.

KZ Pilates+ is now accepting bookings at 111½ East 62nd Street. For more information or to reserve a session, visit kzpilates.com.
