Long Island Winterfest, a month-long celebration of culture and arts, will be held on Long Island during the month of February.
“Meet the farmers, the bakers, the makers, the performers, the artists, the musicians, and the chefs of Long Island,” reads the Winterfest website. “Sit by fireplaces sipping wine, enjoy winter sunsets and live entertainment.”
Winterfest will feature weeks of live music, as well as cultural events and family friendly activities. The festival helps bring support to local businesses, especially those in hospitality, arts, entertainment, and tourism.
Highlights include the annual North Fork Chocolate & Beer pairing at Long Ireland Beer Co. on February 5, HarborFrost in Sag Harbor on February 5, a Princess Tea Party at Long Island Aquarium on February 13, the North Fork Brewing Co. Glazy Boi Doughnut Stout Release with NoFo Doughnut Co. on February 12, a wine and chocolate tasting at Clovis Point Vineyard on February 12, a macaron and wine pairing featuring Petite + Sweet macarons at Sannino Vineyard on February 11, and much more.
There will be live music throughout the month at venues like Jamesport Vineyard, Long Island Spirits, a Twin Fork Beer Co., The Indigo, North Fork Brewing Co., and more.
