Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa has partnered with Sparkling Pointe Winery in Southold to create Pointe Perfection: A Sparkling Wine Pairing Affair at Gurney’s, a curated wine pairing dinner on Saturday, February 17, at 6:30 PM.
The five-course menu helmed by Gurney’s Executive Chef Christopher Watts features the best of the Hamptons’ produce and locally sourced provisions expertly paired with a selection of the Sparkling Pointe’s sparkling wines.
Husband-and-wife-duo Tom and Cynthia Rosicki founded Sparkling Pointe Winery in 2004, which is dedicated to the exclusive production of Méthode Champenoise Sparkling Wines. Focusing on traditional varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier), grapes are sustainably grown on three vineyard sites spanning 40 acres.
