Guild Hall in East Hampton will host Rufus Wainwright in Concert on Sunday, September 1, at 7 PM. Wainwright will perform songs from his extensive catalog, marking his solo debut at Guild Hall. The show, specially curated for the venue, will feature a visual component conceived by the Italian visual artist and painter Gioele Amaro.
Rufus Wainwright has established himself as one of his generation’s great male vocalists, songwriters, and composers. The New York-born, Montreal-raised singer/songwriter has collaborated with artists from Elton John and Burt Bacharach to Miley Cyrus, David Bryne, Boy George, and Paul Simon.
