Cedric and Ochi Vongerichten’s summerlong popup, Wayan and Ma.dé Out East, will host a special farewell to summer brunch on Saturday and Sunday, August 31 and September 1, from 11:30 AM to 3 PM.
The menu will feature fresh ingredients from local fishermen and farms, highlighting vibrant Southeast Asian flavors. Diners can indulge in crispy French toast with kaya jam and pineapple, lobster and corn dumplings, nasi gila, and a shrimp burger with krupuk.
