This year’s Springs Chili Cookoff TO GO! will benefit the Springs Food Pantry and Share The Harvest Farm on Saturday, February 27, from 1 to 4 PM. Hot chili will be served via a drive-through at the Springs Community Church.
Tickets are $25 and include your choice of two 12 oz servings of chili, a Hamptons Sourdough baguette, a reusable ceramic mug, and utensils and napkins. The first 50 advanced ticket orders will receive a free donut from Grindstone Coffee & Donuts in Sag Harbor.
Participating restaurants and chefs include A Kitchen for Liam, Around the Fire Catering, Bostwick’s Catering, Breadzilla, The Complete Burger, Darren Boyle of The Palm, East End Food Institute, East Hampton Sportsmen’s Alliance, Grindstone Coffee & Donuts, Hamptons Sourdough, Lulu Kitchen & Bar, Main Street Tavern, Mary’s Marvelous, Nick & Toni’s, One Stop Market, Peter Ambrose, Plate in Progress, Sen, Simply Sublime, Springs General Store, Springs Tavern, and others.
Donations to the Springs Food Pantry and Share the Harvest Farm will help feed local families in need.
