Springs Tavern and Grill will open on July 1 under new ownership with new decor and a new menu.
Owner Alex Rossi, who now resides in Springs, was brought up in the restaurant business in New York City, as his father, Rubrio Rossi, owned Parioli Romanissimo on the Upper East Side. Rossi plans for The Springs Tavern and Grill to remain open year-round with a menu featuring starters, salads, mains, Tavern favorites, and a grill selection. The menu will also include some classic Parioli dishes as an homage to Rubrio Rossi.
The revamped restaurant has a newly renovated interior and beachy outdoor dining area. The restaurant will be managed by East End restaurant veteran Raul Rodas and Chef Febian Rodas will head the kitchen. The restaurant will not require reservations and will offer takeout orders.
