Simplevenue, the New York hospitality group, is launching two new locations in Westhampton and Southampton this summer — “Taylor” Sushi Suite and Sushi by Boū.
“Taylor” Sushi Suite offers a “secret” sushi experience within Sydney’s “Taylor” Made Cuisine in Westhampton Beach. The Sushi Suite location will be hidden through the space behind an unmarked door with a keypad and code that’s unlocked with a reservation.
What lies behind is a fully transformed sushi tasting room experience. The intimate 8-seat sushi counter will offer guests their own private chef for 60 mins with a guided omakase to include 17-courses for $150 per person, enabling guests to chat with the team’s chef.
Sushi by Boū will also open at Capri Southampton at the end of June, featuring an Omakase experience. The timed 60-minute Omakase is $60 per person. The Bou-gie upgrade features five additional courses for $100 or double time with Bou-gie upgrade + sake flight for $175 per person, all served at an intimate 8-seat sushi counters.
